Love L+FE is a half-day retreat to launch you into a generative and supported new year, aligned with the principles of the feminine. It is the celebration of the end of the integration and a part of both the completion and start of our program year.

You may be joining Year of Love and stepping into your first long-form program with Love + Freedom.

You may be deepening into Year of Surrender or Co-Creation.

You may have been looking at L+FE programs for a while and are wondering if your time to journey has arrived.

You may have taken a pause somewhere in the 3-year curriculum and are desiring to touch in and refresh.

We are gathering here to savor the depths and helping each other to complete and begin cycles.

Let's return to doing with exquisite attention on our foundational relationships to time, space, ritual, practice, and desire.

• Chart a course for 2026 that is based in how you want to be and feel--not just what you think you should accomplish. 
• Uncover what it is that you desire…just because it feels good to desire it.
• Decide who you are going to be and what you are ready to commit to, and then move toward it as if it is already yours. 
• Let go of needing to know how to achieve your desires before allowing yourself to have them.
• Listen to the tiny voice within that knows exactly how you are to get from here to there, that knows exactly what you need.
• Receive the breadcrumbs of clues for your unique path…the perfect puzzle pieces in the perfect time.

What I know about you...

I’m guessing that, like me, you can default to two speeds– incredibly busy or completely immobilized (often in front of Netflix). In our contemporary culture, we’re often more supported in talking about the former, and we compete with each other in the Busy Olympics. But it’s also important to think and talk about restorative rest and not just turning off and hiding from the overwhelm. What is going to make you feel more energized when it’s time to be in action again? 

• I honestly think you have time for this. I know that taking 2 hours to connect with a community of women reflecting not only on what they want to have but also how they want to be in the coming year will be a gamechanger. 

•  I know you’re tired of making it happen through strength and effort.

•  I know you intuitively know there’s an easier and more sustainable way.

I have a PhD (abd) in cultural theory and another graduate degree in fine art. I’m also a certified coach, an Orgasmic Meditation trainer, and an ordained intuitive. But what really qualifies me to do this work is that I’ve walked the walk in the real world. I’ve leaned into these principles of creation and surrender while caretaking a terminally-ill parent, while navigating the wilds of dating and business-building, while traveling the world and remaking my life in different contexts. What I teach has been forged and clarified many times over by real world challenges. So, while I may have an academic background, this is a living practice and not an intellectual theory.

I’ve parlayed decades of work as an artist and educator into a refined expertise in Experience and Curriculum Design. What results is not information. It’s the magic of being able to create a context for you to have your own personal and direct experience with the Principles of Creation. So the invitation I make to you is not to become more like me, but to become more of You.
