When you "make it a weekend," we add personalized coaching support and the space to rest-and-digest around the main event — the 6-hour Union Dinner on Saturday afternoon.

We coordinate with local venues and practitioners to bring what you need to open fully into the experience. That might be a time in nature and a soak in the springs or a massage for your touch-hungry body. We’ll work together to craft a weekend that is exactly on the spot for you. Even if you're local, take the opportunity to extract yourself from everyday life, the kids, and the constant demands. Claim the leisure space to reconnect with your partner or to go deep within yourself. 

All retreats include:

• the 6-hour Union Dinner workshop
• on-site accommodations
• a Sunday morning brunch debrief
• and a private coaching follow-up

Union Weekends typically begin on Friday evening and complete on Sunday afternoon after brunch.

For reference, Union Weekend Retreats begin at $2,600 for a single participant and $3,600 for a couple.
