The Masculine Leadership Fora are curated gatherings of men who lead industries, companies, communities, and innovation.

We come together to set a vision for What's Next? around a single galvanizing question--what does healthy masculinity look like as an essential component of the collective way forward?

We challenge ourselves to anchor that vision in all aspects of the ways we live, love, give, and do business.

Much has been said recently about the Feminine Rising--an era of women stepping into their power not just as individuals but as part of a collective reintegration of principles like cooperation and collective care. And it is increasingly impossible to ignore the rising tide of male discontent–the paralyzing confusion of this moment of social transition for many and the extreme disillusionment of young men, stoked by and reflected in the Manosphere. 

In the space between these two cultural accelerants, there is a great deal of misunderstanding. And the cultural debate often leaves behind critical questions like:

• What is healthy masculinity in this moment of cultural evolution?
• What is essential about its inclusion? 
• How can it inform vision, leadership, and innovation in ways that serve the collective good?
• How can it thrive alongside Feminine Power and diversity of all kinds?
• What is required to leave a legacy that can survive this transitional moment? 

It's time for grounded leaders to set a course to bring healthy masculinity into the future we envision.

The Why

Several decades into Men’s Work, we are beyond an era where self-work in isolation is sufficient. The Forum is a space to develop and accelerate new paradigm masculine leadership, held by a compassionate feminine facilitator, that provides a context to explore how we step into the world we want to create. Together. 

While traditional "leadership” at the highest levels of government and business is failing to consider our collective wellbeing and fights to save outmoded models based on power over, we will lead the inquiry into ways co-create power with that include and honor the true values of the masculine–structure, awareness, strategic vision– in the service of women, boys, girls, all children, all people, global wellbeing, and the earth.

Even as we look at the systemic, we acknowledge that new masculine leadership is not something that is abstractly “out there”.  It is a reckoning within each of us that includes how we are running our businesses, creating new projects and businesses, showing up in our relationships, and interacting with existing and new models of finance and governance. Our legacies will be the sum total of all of these choices. 

The Who + The What

The Fora provide a place to examine what integrous masculine leadership looks like–internally, relationally, and collectively–as well as to receive valuable feedback from a circle of peers. 

These conversations are curated. The leaders you will meet are present by invitation and referral only. If you have been invited, it means we recognize you as a leader of men and as an important ally to the feminine and the collective wellbeing. 

To ensure a robust conversation in a limited timeframe, each Forum is capped at 12 participants. If we’ve already reached our limit, you will be invited to a future forum.

How Much

There is no charge for The Fora.

None of us individually is holding the answers. The only way truly forward is in dialogue with each other. This is where we have to begin to even be able to access the questions of how we build the future we desire. 

The session requires no less than your full attention, transparency, and  willingness to share and engage for the full 90-minute session.
